training program
4Tk delivers a training program to equip youth for whatever stage they’re at - employment, enroling in a course, independent living skills and socialisation.
This is a bespoke program, delivered one on one to the client, that allows them to learn at their own pace. 4TK provides opportunities in the Mexican Food Truck and the cafe to learn hospitality skills, along with other work experience opportunities.

WALK AND TALK
Walk and Talk is a program for youth who are struggling to regularly attend Secondary School. Students meet at The Base (8 Station St Ringwood), grab a complimentary drink from our coffee window, and go for a slow, short walk around Ringwood Lake. They can chat, or not. No expectation. No pressure. It’s all about taking the first step. Just turning up.
Meet time is 10:30am
